Ernestine Shepherd resmi tercatat di buku Guinness World Record 2012 sebagai binaragawati tertua di dunia. Ia berusia 74 tahun. Dia mengatakan Washington Post: "Usia hanyalah angka '. Suaminya, Collin Shepherd. Mereka tinggal di Baltimore dengan 14 cucu.Dia hanya makan beras merahs, dada ayam lembut dan sayuran dengan segelas putih telur mentah, tiga kali sehari.
